The world’s top electronic artists and industry will once again converge on South Beach this March for the Winter Music Conference and the Ultra Music Festival.  Sara Cooper Management and PR today announced their artist roster and availabilities for both the convention and festival.

San Francisco Ca – (March 1, 2010) Sara Cooper Management and PR announced their artist roster and availabilities for The Winter Music Conference (WMC) and The Ultra Music Festival.  Both events take place in Miami over the week of March 23-30, 2010 and showcase the superstars of dance music.
